Located on the 1st floor with easy elevator access, this beautifully appointed 42m² studio is ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and diverse restaurants, offering a delightful culinary experience.

Unwind in the cosy living room, featuring a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality comfort. Enjoy the warm ambience and abundant natural light, enhancing the inviting atmosphere and a TV for your entertainment room. It has access to a private backyard with outdoor furniture.

The adjacent kitchen has all the necessary cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rest assured, the studio is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is surrounded by popular attractions such as the iconic Livraria Lello and the impressive Torre dos Clérigos. Additionally, guests can enjoy delicious meals and drinks at nearby restaurants and bars like Capa Negra II and Restaurante Abadia do Porto. With its convenient location, this property is the perfect starting point for exploring all that Porto has to offer.

Situated just a 8-minute walk from Aliados station and an 11-minute walk from Porto São Bento station, it offers convenient access to public transportation for exploring the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
