On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a plush double bed and a convenient bathroom with a refreshing shower. The bright living room features a cozy sofa and TV, while large windows fill the space with natural light and create an airy atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with sleek appliances, essential cookware, and a stylish marble backsplash, making it a pleasure to prepare meals at home.

Upstairs, a second spacious bedroom awaits, featuring another comfortable double bed and beautiful wooden ceiling beams that add warmth and character. The bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower and hairdryer.

For year-round comfort, air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are also provided, making the home especially convenient for longer stays.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, spread across two levels on the 4th floor. An elevator is available for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and centrally located apartment in Porto, set in the heart of the city and surrounded by the authentic atmosphere of Porto’s historic center. Guests can easily explore the city on foot, with traditional cafés, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions all close by.

Nearby, guests can discover Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello, while the picturesque Ribeira and Douro River are also within walking distance.

With excellent public transport connections and a central location, it’s an ideal base for experiencing Porto’s history, architecture, gastronomy, and vibrant city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade (Lines A, B, C, D, E and F), is just a 3-minute walk away. São Bento train station is approximately a 7-minute walk from the property.

Porto Airport is around a 20–25-minute drive away, depending on traffic

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
