This charming 80 m² apartment is ideally located close to many of the area’s main attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The bright living room is designed with your comfort in mind. It features a cosy sofa where you can unwind, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for enjoying meals together. Oversized windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

The bedroom is a welcoming and comfortable space, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and feel at home.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay.

The property is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Casa da Música, is just a 7-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
