This delightful 55² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first one includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a little spare room with a single bed.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Rua de Miragaia captures the essence of old Porto with its riverside charm and historic character. This picturesque street runs parallel to the Douro, framed by colourful facades, wrought-iron balconies, and cobbled alleyways that echo centuries of maritime tradition. It's one of the city's oldest parts, offering a peaceful and authentic atmosphere that contrasts beautifully with the busier tourist hubs nearby.

Walking through this area feels like stepping back in time. You'll find cosy cafés, traditional taverns, and small artisan shops tucked between residential buildings. With easy access to scenic river views and nearby cultural spots, this location is perfect for travellers who want to explore Porto’s roots while enjoying a slower, more intimate pace.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Miragaia (lines 1M, 403, 500, and 900), is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
