The cleverly designed sleeping area features a sleek wall-mounted push bed, combining practicality with a stylish look. A sliding door provides additional privacy, creating a peaceful and comfortable environment for a restful night's sleep.

The contemporary bathroom features a refreshing shower and plush towels, providing a comfortable space to start or end your day.

Step outside onto the spacious private balcony, where a dining table creates the perfect setting for an al fresco meal, morning coffee, or a relaxing evening while enjoying the city views.

As part of the condominium, you will also have access to exclusive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art gym, allowing you to relax, stay active, and make the most of your stay.

Guests have access to all amenities within the condominium, including the indoor swimming pool, gym, wine bar, and private parking. The studio is situated on the 6th floor, accessible via an elevator.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, located in a peaceful residential area with convenient access to the city’s main attractions and everyday amenities. Guests can enjoy a quieter setting while being well connected to both Gaia and Porto.

The area is an excellent base for exploring the famous Port Wine Cellars, Cais de Gaia, Dom Luís I Bridge, and the historic centre of Porto across the Douro River. Gaia’s beautiful Atlantic coastline and beaches are also easily accessible, offering a great alternative for relaxing by the sea.

With good transport connections and easy access to Porto, this is a convenient location for discovering the Douro River, Port wine culture, historic landmarks, and the coastal scenery of Vila Nova de Gaia.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk away.

The nearest train station, General Torres, is around a 10-minute drive from the property. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
