This charming third-floor apartment offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Step into the open-plan living area, where the kitchen and dining space create a warm and practical setting. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as all the cooking utensils you may need. The small dining table with stools provides a cozy spot to enjoy your meals.

The living room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. With WiFi available, you can easily stay connected or stream your favorite entertainment. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead directly to the balcony.

Step onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the scenic views. It is a pleasant outdoor space to slow down and enjoy a quiet moment.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and soft ambient lighting from a decorative floor lamp, creating a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and essential toiletries provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, located on the third floor. Enjoy use of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony during your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-connected apartment in Porto, located in the Bonfim area, a vibrant neighborhood known for its authentic local atmosphere, traditional cafés, restaurants, and convenient access to the city center.

Guests can easily explore Porto’s main attractions, including Campanhã Station, Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello. The historic Ribeira district and Douro River are also within easy reach, making it simple to discover the city’s beautiful architecture and riverside atmosphere.

With excellent public transport connections and easy access to both the historic center and Campanhã, this is a convenient base for experiencing Porto’s history, gastronomy, culture, and everyday local life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Estádio do Dragão (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, E and F), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and other areas.

Porto-Campanhã Train Station is approximately a 10–12 minute walk away, offering urban, regional and long-distance train connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
