The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor and access is exclusively by stairs.

Far from the most intense bustle of the city centre, the energy of this neighbourhood is serene, riverside and relaxing, ideal for recharging after a day of exploration. Just steps away, you will be treated to the beauty of the Marina do Freixo and the Baroque grandeur of the emblematic Palácio do Freixo. It is the perfect area to enjoy morning walks or bike rides along the riverside paths, feeling the fresh river breeze while watching the boats sail by.

The great magic of this address is being a peaceful retreat without losing the fantastic proximity to Porto's city centre. Located in the eastern part of the city, a short bus ride, taxi/Uber, or from the nearby Campanhã Station (the city's largest rail and metro hub) is all it takes to reach the beating heart of the Baixa. In just a matter of minutes, you will be strolling along the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, marvelling at the azulejos of São Bento Station or enjoying the lively Praça da Ribeira.

As a strategic base for exploring the North of Portugal, this location is absolutely exceptional. The proximity to the main road links (VCI and A43) and to Campanhã Station puts the country's greatest gems at your doorstep. You can easily board a direct train to travel back in time to Guimarães (cradle of the nation), explore the architectural splendour of Braga, or visit the romantic canals of Aveiro (the 'Portuguese Venice'). For a truly unforgettable experience, the river is right next door to begin a boat journey towards the magical landscapes and terraces of the Douro Valley. The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto city centre. Campanhã train and metro station is just a few minutes away on foot, with frequent connections to Porto city centre and other cities.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 10 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

Free street parking available (limited spaces). Paid parking available near Campanhã station, 5 minutes from the accommodation.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
