The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator.

The living room is bright and inviting. It features a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a large-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the homely atmosphere. The living area also provides access to a balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. You'll also find cookware, cutlery, and a washing machine for your convenience.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It also opens onto a balcony, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the fresh air. Complimentary hotel-quality linens ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom has everything you need to refresh, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Due to its central location, it is possible that occasional noise from nearby construction may be heard.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
