This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The property is situated in the Paranhos district of Porto, a residential area known for its blend of local charm and accessibility to the city's main attractions.

Just a short walk from this location, you'll find the Casa Museu Fernando de Castro, a museum showcasing a rich collection of art and antiques within a beautifully preserved residence. The Jardim do Marquês is also nearby, offering a green space for relaxation amidst the urban setting.

For those interested in exploring further, the iconic Clérigos Tower and the bustling Mercado do Bolhão are approximately 2.5 km away, providing a glimpse into Porto's historical and cultural heritage.

Transportation is convenient, with the Marquês metro station located about 550 meters from Rua do Lindo Vale, connecting you to various parts of the city, including the historic centre and the riverside Ribeira district.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Combatentes, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
