» Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a form with identity/passport information following the legal obligations stipulated by authorities in Portugal.

» Please note that city tax will be charged accordingly to local rules.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals from 21:00 to 9:00 a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» We provide the basic amenities for the first use: toilet paper, washing machine capsules, bin bag, coffee , sugar and tea. Please let us know if you need extra or linen we will gladly arrange it with our cleaning team. Please note that additional charges will apply.

» Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or leaves the key in the inside of the door a fee of 60 euros will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of 80 euros will apply.

» There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €100 smoking fee (minimum).
