Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work.

Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square
We stay here every year for New Year’s Eve, the hotel room is always clean and comfortable, the only thing that I would have to deduct some points. This time was that there was almost no water pressure in the shower
