Exterior stairs lead to the upper unit, with interior stairs between its levels. The lower unit has its kitchen, living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallway laundry all on one level.



The units have separate entries and are both included with this reservation. An interior connecting door joins the units and is normally kept shut.



Good to know: this is a central city location near streetcar/light-rail tracks and freeway access. With windows or doors open, or during quieter hours, you may hear or feel passing transit and traffic.

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland has an extensive bike lane network.



🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team cleans between stays, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
