The Space:

Tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this 1-bedroom apartment boasts unique charm and character.



The space is cozy and relaxed, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. The comfy mattress is perfect for unwinding after a long day. On rainy days, cuddle up and watch movies on the Smart TV. WiFi is available for your devices.



If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen has cooking appliances, a dishwasher and cookware for meals at home. After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love returning to the super comfy queen-size bed. The apartment is equipped with heating to keep you warm in the winter, and a window AC during the summer to keep you cool. The entry to this building has about 10 stairs to access main door.

The Neighborhood:

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors! Make new friends over a meal at the Cartopia food cart pod, share a pie at Apizza Scholls.



But Portland isn't just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit thrives in Hawthorne, with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.



If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 176-acre city park on an extinct volcanic cinder cone. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



🧺 Shared coin-operated washer and dryer access is available by request from 9 AM to 8 PM. Please bring quarters.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
