Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, with the NE 28th Avenue restaurant row, cafes, shops and Whole Foods nearby.



🚌 Bus — Several TriMet lines run on nearby streets, including Line 19 (Glisan/Canyon Rd) and Line 20 (Burnside/Stark), with service to downtown Portland. Check TriMet for the best route.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free public side-street parking is subject to posted signs and open spaces. Do not park directly in front of the building Monday–Friday, 7 AM–6 PM; those spaces are reserved for the neighboring business. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car or the MAX Red Line; check current connections.

There is no elevator; the living area, full bathrooms, laundry and upper bedrooms require interior stairs. The separately booked attached studio is excluded, with its connecting door kept closed. These townhouses share walls, and the property is nestled near a freeway. Urban and neighboring-unit noise may be audible at times.



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
