Kick off your shoes, head upstairs, and stay a while — or borrow one of our helmets and hit the streets on Portland`s popular shared Nike Biketown bikes. Whether you`re making yourself at home, cruising the neighborhood, or exploring the city, you`re ready to roll the moment you arrive. The Kitchen: From quick breakfasts to romantic dinners for two, our full kitchen has everything you need to channel your inner chef. Whip up your favorites with ease using the stove, oven, microwave, full fridge, and freezer. Washroom: Wash away the day`s adventures and refresh your wardrobe with our convenient washer and dryer located in the bathroom. We`ve got you covered with a standing shower, hot water, towels, essential toiletries, and laundry detergent. Parking: While we do not have a driveway on our property, parking is available for free on the street with no parking restrictions. Location: Just a short 10-15 minute stroll from Portland`s Overlook MAX line, our guest house offers easy access to downtown excitement while maintaining a peaceful vibe. Explore nearby neighborhoods on foot or hop on public transportation for a quick trip downtown across the Willamette River. 1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
