You can also enjoy full use of the front deck, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks. This area is reserved exclusively for you.
The ADU, located in the basement, offers additional privacy and convenience with its own private entrance, located below the front door to the left. The layout ensures minimal interaction; basement guests will only be seen when entering or leaving the property.
