After a long day of travel, leading to a late check-in, we waited over 15-20 minutes before even seeing a staff member who might be able to check us in. The lobby was FREEZING cold and an empty sterile white room. Void of just about all signs of human life besides an empty counter, computer, phone and a couple of chairs for guests. We tried calling multiple times, with no answer. When a staff member finally was even in sight, he was outside with a broom/mop, oblivious that anyone was waiting for him. Another customer who happened to be outside informed him that there were people waiting for him. Only then did he head our way.
The continental breakfast provided had a number of options, including hot dishes. It was the highlight of our one night stay. The staff member working in the breakfast area was however, unfriendly as well.
Our room seemed to be a standard hotel room, no real complaints there. We weren't there long enough to notice any positives or negatives. It was quite odd that our room had a very noticeable slant to it. There was an actual, visual, triangular space under the door to confirm.
For a quick, short stay where we didn't need to be at the hotel much, we might return. A more leisurely, multiple night stay, we would choose elsewhere.
