Adorable updated single family home in the heart of the Alberta Arts District with private entrance, in unit laundry, fast WiFi and self check-in with WiFi enabled keypad deadbolt lock. Neighborhood is quiet and residential.
Bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and skylights bringing lots of natural light into living and dining areas.
The Space
-Primary bedroom: King bed 14in cooling memory foam mattress
-Second bedroom: Queen bed comfortable 10in mattress and dedicated workspace
Bathroom is a full tub & shower also houses the full sized upright washer/dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation, basics provided: sugar, salt, cooking oil, spices. The tea & coffee bar has a full sized stainless steel kettle and Coffee Maker-14 cup drip & Kcup. A selection of teas and coffee is provided.
Full front porch is yours to enjoy with its twin Adirondack chairs & table.
Street parking is ample and free in our area without restrictions.
Guests have full access to the standalone home pictured, access to the garage/driveway is not included. We live part-time in the garage structure in back and are frequent travelers for work. The backyard area is still being improved, please let us know if you have use for it!
As we are located in a residential neighborhood with families and children-this is a strictly non-smoking, no party property. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
Located at the heart of Alberta Arts, guests love that they can park & walk to the best of Portland from this quiet residential property- the Sunday Portland Farmer’s Market-King and 20 blocks of Alberta and nearby Mississippi Streets are a wealth of boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, theaters, wellness/fitness venues and nightlife. Groceries are a 5min walk away. (we will send you our “Best of PDX” Guidebook for detailed recommendations prior to check in).
