Great communication with host. Speedy replies. Home is tidy, Great layout and 3 air conditioners kept home cool nicely on a hot day. This home is a very quiet end unit in a very quiet neighborhood. There were books and a couple games. I'm a light sleeper, but slept very well. Comfortable beds. A tiny bit of light sneaks through blinds in bedrooms, but an eye mask remedies that for very light sensitive people like me. Convenient location to groceries and restaurants. Just about 20 mins to airport. My friend and I would stay here again!

Great, Quiet Stay

We enjoyed staying here very much. It was close to everything and very quiet. We had a little mishap with check-in and the owners reached out to us very quickly to solve the issue. And they have great, friendly neighbors.

Overall it was okay. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was good, it met the bare minimum. Compared to a hotel at the same cost, we got more space, a large fridge and full kitchen usage. There was an electric kettle, and all the appliances were great. However, air conditioner units were not set up and there were no other instructions. I would recommend leaving instructions for the heat/air, as well as information about how insanely hot the water gets and how to control the water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen sink.

Good experience with good communication

We stayed for over 2 months. The host is very good with communication. For us the location was great. The king bed was a bonus. We worked from there most days and had 0 problems, plenty of room to setup our multiple monitor workspaces. We would stay again for sure !

The curtains/blinds are damaged in spots so lots of lights get in, lack of privacy

Nice place

This townhouse was close to our friends' neighborhood, so location was good for us. We needed all three beds, including the sofa bed, but they forgot the sheets. The owner was responsive, and sheets were delivered.

Nice place in Beaverton

Description of the unit is pretty accurate. It's nothing fancy, but place was clean and had all necessities you'd expect. There's a patio with fairly private backyard, but we didn't have much use for it in November. Check-in instructions sent by the host were easy to follow. We didn't have any contact with the host being original text message.

4/10 – Mangelhaft

The place was fine as a place to crash but that’s it. The toaster and garbage disposal were broken. The living room couch in the picture is not the one in the actual room. It’s a big sectional with stains. The place itself felt like it was bare bones/thrown together just to turn a profit. The kitchen amenities were sorely lacking and the microwave door was slightly detached. There was a random bottle under the bed and a stain on a pillowcase plus an ant infestation to boot. I’m not sure what the cleaning fee is used for. Would not stay here again and I would not recommend.

Nice, Simple Townhome For A Fair Price

Great simple VRBO. Price is very reasonable for a two BR that can comfortably sleep 6. Queen bed, king bed, and cot. All beds are comfortable. The three included portable AC units do a great job of cooling the place down in the increasingly warm Portland summer. Like all portable ACs, they are loud, but they work well so you can cool it down during the day and then shut them off at night. Kitchen has everything you need. Linens and towels were clean and comfortable. It's not fancy, but also doesn't pretend to be. It's a great place for a reasonable price that has what you need. The location is not amazing, but it's quiet and seemed perfectly safe. Based on the door locks, there are a couple other VRBOs in the complex. It's certainly convenient to plenty of the newer and nicer areas - restaurants, etc - in Beaverton.
