„Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. „We had a fantastic weekend in this space. The building is right next to the stairs that take you to the beach when the tide is out. We spent a lot of time in the big Adirondack chairs on the patio. Conveniently, the fencing around the patio was secure enough that our little 8-lb dog could not escape. The bathroom was surprisingly large, & as a person who runs cold often, I appreciated the wall heater, so I didn’t shiver in the shower. The bathtub was deep enough that I ran next door to the ...
