ALBA is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests with beautiful views of the bay! Room to park your cars and boats!

Main bedroom has a smart TV, 2 seater lounge, 2 door hanging closet, chest of drawers and ceiling fan/light. Bedroom 2 has a split system air-conditioner, reclining chair, chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 has a chest of drawers.

Laundry with small top loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Doors in dining area lead out to a separate area with 4 seating table/chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, kitchenette with rangehood, portable hotplate, bar fridge and small TV.

Deck at the front of the property has amazing sea views, 8 seating outdoor setting, large hooded gas BBQ and pizza oven.

Under cover fish cleaning facility in the rear yard with chest freezer.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for per single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
