Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 12 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 12 m² living room with TV, sofa, table and chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room adjoining the bedroom
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen. It is private and has furniture to make the most of the fine weather (table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers).
- An enclosed, private garden surrounding the terrace over a width of 1 m.

The flat is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The port, Place de l'Obélisque (Saturday market) and restaurants are just 8 minutes' walk away.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the garage (1 car). Free parking alongside the house and nearby (50m).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus at 2€ to go to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan. The bus station is a 9-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: Port-Vendres station (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport (43 km)
