👤 Booking Requirements
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• The booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay
• No third-party bookings permitted

🚭 Smoking Policy
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in additional cleaning fees

🎉 Parties & Events
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Excessive noise or disturbances to neighbors may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund

🐾 Pet Rules
• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed
• Dogs must be 25 lbs or less
• $150 pet fee applies
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area
• Guests must clean up after their pets
• Failure to clean up pet waste may result in additional cleaning fees
• Any pet-related damages will be charged to the guest
