This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

No events are allowed.

Guests are allowed to bring pets, with a limit of two dogs per reservation. Each dog must not exceed a weight of 75 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be applied to the reservation. If no pets will accompany you during your stay, please contact our office to have the pet fee removed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
