This rental is the perfect spot for the average nature-lover, placed just within walking distance of Mexico Beach, so come on down and settle into the soft sands below and lie down on a cozy blanket as you bask in the sun's rays and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean breeze as it greets you. After the kiddos are done playing around in the water, drive on over to George Core Park (Lighthouse Park) and pull out your picnic basket for some delicious homemade meals.

Back at your humble home away from home, you'll find an assortment of calming amenities, such as the blue sectional couch where you'll have more than enough room for you and your friends to relax. Take a step into the exquisite kitchen and whip up something tasty for everyone around dinner time using the home's stainless steel appliances. Gather around the ivory dining room table and feast to your heart's content on the food with some good drinks and some even better company. You'll have your own fenced yard to walk around and enjoy right at your fingertips. There is also a golf cart for your convenience! As the night comes to a close, lie down in your king-sized bed and cozy on under the silky sheets for a good night's sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
