When everyone's ready, load the gear into the garage, pile into the golf cart, and roll down to the beach access through the pretty streets of WindMark Beach North. Five minutes of golf cart breeze and you're there. Afternoons at the community pools or Village Green, evenings back at the house with the propane grill going on the screened porch, the deep-seated living room sofas holding the overflow, and the Google Smart TV handling whatever comes next. Guest Access

Guests get full private use of the entire home, garage, and golf cart (signed community agreement required). Self check-in is handled through a smart lock — arrive whenever your travel day allows, punch in your code, and you're in. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, and a Ring camera at the door lets you see who's arriving. WindMark's community amenities — both pools, the Village Center, and every beach access — are included at check-in.
