This Charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests across three levels. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle provides two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, storage space, and smart TVs. A full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor.

Outdoor living
You are just 300 steps from the beach, making it easy to flow between the shore and the private outdoor spaces. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, a fire pit, outdoor furniture, and areas to unwind after time in the sand. The private outdoor pool is available year-round and open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower offers a convenient rinse-off, while two gulf-view decks provide room to relax. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for simple meals shared in the open air.

Kitchen & dining
The top floor brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas with views of the Gulf. The kitchen includes cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. A dining table for six and four additional bar stools at the counter create an inviting space for shared meals and conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside the home, you will find central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a 75 inch HDTV with standard cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and a free washer and dryer are provided. For families, a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, baby safety gates, children’s books and toys, and board games are available. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras limited to outdoor areas.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly property welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Fenced yard offers outdoor space for pets to enjoy beside you.

Neighborhood
Located in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home offers nearby beach access along with close proximity to local restaurants, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas. Scenic drives, walking paths, and outdoor activities make it easy to explore the area at your own pace.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

*NOTE:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are NOT allowed on the BEDS, COUCHES and other Furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

*NOTE:
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.


CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 PM (EASTERN)
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
