Soft coastal light drifts across the decks as you step outside, the sound of waves carrying in from the nearby shore. Mornings come with gentle sea breezes and glimpses of the Gulf, while evenings invite you to unwind by the fire pit as the sky settles into calm, muted tones. Whether you're savoring a slow moment on the balcony or returning from a beach walk just steps away, the setting offers an easy rhythm shaped by sand, salt air, and open sky.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home accommodates up to 8 guests. The ground level features a bedroom with a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds) and convenient access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each provide queen beds along with storage and smart TVs, and a full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo serves this floor.

Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool awaits year-round and remains open 24 hours, with optional heating available from October to March. The fully fenced backyard offers outdoor seating, a fire pit, and space to unwind after a beach day. Two gulf-view decks create inviting spots for quiet mornings or breezy afternoons, and the upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill. An outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off the sand, and beach access is approximately 300 steps away. Beach essentials are available for guest use.

Kitchen & dining
The top-floor living area brings the kitchen, dining space, and seating area together against a backdrop of gulf views. The kitchen includes cooking basics, major appliances, and room to prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter.

Comfort & amenities
A free washer and dryer in-unit, towels, bed linens, central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort throughout your stay. A 75 inch HDTV with standard cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace provide connection when needed. Family-friendly additions include a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, baby safety gates, and board games. Exterior security cameras are positioned outside only, including a RING doorbell camera at the front door.

Neighborhood
Set within the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you close to the shoreline, local dining, and scenic coastal routes. Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas are within easy reach for exploration or relaxed days along the coast.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!


We do not live in the direct area but, I am close enough if there is an emergency.
