Our stay was amazing! The pool was great and a short walk or golf cart ride. The parking wasn’t ideal, not much room for cars and there wasn’t much room in the kitchen for groceries but overall the property was fantastic!

This house was wonderful! We were traveling with an 8 year old, 6 year old, and 8 month old. The house was very kid friendly with very few breakable items in reach. A high chair was provided also! There was a large dining table so we all could eat together. The golf cart to get around was great and big enough for all 6 of us! There was so much space in the house for all of us and beach chairs, towels, ext were all provided! The house even had a fully stocked coffee bar! I would definitely stay here again. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

If you are looking for the ultimate unwind experience for your family this is it!!! From walking in to unwind and relaxing to walking out at checkout this property and host exceeded all expectations. The property was in pristine condition, superb cleanliness, wonderful family items stocked that you might have forgotten to pack. Our children are older but the touches this property had were meant to alleviate any hiccups a traveling family might have! They had any kind of board game for a rainy day, high chair for the little one, plenty of kitchen items and coffee bar essentials you might have forgotten. Our host was so kind and made sure our stay was everything we expected! This property was exactly how it was pictured and great location with golf cart included that worked perfectly! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Overall this was an excellent home and location. Pool access/proximity was excellent. Proximity to the boardwalks and beach were also excellent. Unfortunately, this stretch of beach had quite a bit of trash at entrances and along the shore. Rather sad site, but to no fault of the personal owner of this home. We greatly appreciated the small things: coffee bar and supplies, actual hand soap in all bathrooms, enough toilet paper and trash bags for the stay. Towels were plentiful. My only suggestion would be updating the furniture in the living room/area: uncomfortable and appeared worn, holes in decorative pillows. Rugs need replacing, as the one in this room was curled at the corner, causing a few of us to trip a couple of times each. Also, the master bed was interesting. Almost felt as though the mattress topper was an inflatable/air mattress.

Sunkissed Paradise Review

If you want a little bit of paradise with beach access, yet in a neighborhood with a relaxed feel, this is the place for you. We just spent a week with our family and it was the perfect. The house is very clean, and complete with all the amenities from toys, high chair, beach chairs-towels-wagon, and access to a 6 passenger golf cart for those little legs that don't want to walk. The beach is easily accessible and an easy walk with the wagon. The beach is clean and the sand is powdery which made for hours of playtime for a 3 and 1 year old, and adults too! The city of Port St. Joe is a quick 5 minute drive that has great eating establishments, some nice pickleball courts and some really cute shops. Our host was very responsive with any and all questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. She checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed and all things met our expectations. We would definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend Sunkissed Paradise for your next getaway!

Amazing property

Photos matched the property to a tee. It is a gorgeous home with lots of nearby amenities. House was very clean and 3 king size beds was a plus. Hosts were amazing and communication was outstanding. Kid loved riding in the golf cart and swimming in the pools. Definitely recommend!

Beach house

We love the beach house. It had everything we could need. Great location. I would say to everyone who’s gonna rent it. Make sure you get a golf cart because you must have a golf cart to be able to get around the neighborhood and if you have young kids I would say the beach is not really walking distance, but it probably depends on your kids. We love this house and will definitely be back.

Family get away

This Property was perfect for our family… Six adults and five kids. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bunk room even had room for a twin air mattress so all the kids could stay together. The neighborhood was so fun for the kids… Walking distance to the pool, beach and lots of fun on their bikes both in the neighborhood and on the beach road. Shaded areas for coffee in the morning and cold drink in the afternoon. Coffee bar was fantastic. Nice big table for family games at night. Easy golf cart ride to the larger pool and town, but our neighborhood pool was our favorite. Be sure to head to the beach for sunset family pictures. Loved every minute of our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great stay

Beautiful home and great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay and the home. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We only used the main 3 bedrooms. We loved using the bikes and beach items. We would definitely stay here again! The only things to note (nothing about the property or owners) are: -The pool/beach area are a bit far to bike if carrying gear via back roads to avoid main road traffic. I recommend driving. -Access gate between pool and beach is finicky with accepting the code. -Neighborhood is nice and quiet, but roads are narrow. No sidewalks but traffic was light during our stay. We were able to bike easily. But driving into and out of the the neighborhood was a bit hairy with other homes having people parked in the road and oncoming traffic. -Really nice beach and access is best in Cape San Blas if you want waves and sugar white sand. The bay was nice and calm, but very rich with seaweed and sea creatures. We saw fish and blue crabs right off the beach.
