The house is a short walking distance to Cape San Blas favorite, The Trading Post, and offers a close-up view of St. Joseph’s Bay while the rear of the home looks out to the Gulf. This positioning offers a beautiful water view from almost every room. Private beach access is a short walk to the sandy white shorelines of the Cape. You will never tire of the long views of St. Joe Bay, up-close sights of the tip of Pig Island where the bird watching is great, and the sunrise from this side of the home is incredible. Every level is easily accessible via an indoor elevator.


Top Floor Features:


Open and airy, this is a wonderful space to gather and stretch. The Living room with a 60” Smart TV and Sound Bar is open to the dining table which comfortably seats 8. The upgraded and fully stocked kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances, Quartz Counter Tops, and a large Island with extra bar seating for 4.
