This gorgeous home backs right up to A1A, directly across from the ocean. A pathway and gate in the backyard take you straight to A1A, with public beach access less than a block away, making it the ideal spot to bring the whole group together for a beach vacation!
Meander through the inviting front porch into this beachside paradise, where a sprawling living room offers comfortable furniture, a reclining easy chair and a large smart TV. From the living room, step into the spacious kitchen and dining room. With an abundance of counter space, updated appliances and ample seating, this fully stocked kitchen is any cook's dream! Between the kitchen and dining room is a large wine and coffee bar, the perfect addition to a great vacation, and just past the bar is an office space with a desk and chair.
This oceanside oasis has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a low ledge and adjustable shower head, perfect for guests with limited mobility. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. A full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo sits between the two guest bedrooms.
Step back through the living room into the fully air conditioned sunroom, also known as a Florida room, to explore the home's most enticing features. With ceiling fans, air conditioning and outdoor furniture, it's a comfortable retreat from the Florida heat and sun. Through the sunroom, head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to soak in the sunshine year-round. The oversized, seasonally heated pool and surrounding deck have room for the whole group, with shaded, cozy spots to cool off as well as lounge chairs for soaking it all in. Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill make the backyard the perfect gathering spot. A paved pathway leads to the main sidewalk and the public beach access less than a block away. You can't get closer to the beach than this home without being oceanfront!
Please note that although what appears to be a hot tub is shown in the photos, there is no hot tub at this home. That area is simply an extension of the pool.
This home allows a maximum of 2 vehicles, and there is no guest access to the garage. Guests coming for Bike Week or Biketoberfest can reach out to us, and the homeowner will open the garage for guests during those events upon request. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
