Important Information Before You Book

NO SMOKING OR VAPING:

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the condo. Evidence of indoor smoking or vaping will result in a $250 additional cleaning and odor-remediation fee.

HOT TUB:

Please shower before using the hot tub, especially after visiting the beach. Sand in the hot tub will result in a $150 drain, clean, and refill fee.

PARKING:

Only one designated external parking space (#21) is included with your stay. The HOA does not provide guest or overflow parking, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests will not have access to the garage interior.

* Second bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, built-in drawer storage, and private half bath

Enjoy peaceful water views from your private deck—perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply unwinding by the water.

Relax in the hot tub while enjoying waterfront views after a day exploring South Padre Island and Port Isabel.

Non-exclusive dock access is available for fishing only. No boat docking, mooring, launching, lift use, swimming, diving, or jumping from the dock is permitted.

Access & Parking

* Entire upstairs condo unit #21 is private and exclusively yours
* Located on the third floor, Unit #21– stair access only (no elevator)
* One designated exterior parking space included
*** No additional guest parking is available on the property
* Please park within the marked space #21 (farthest to your right when pulling in)

Guest Access Includes

Unit 21 Living areas, both bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, private deck, hot tub, washer/dryer, and shared dock access (fishing only).

Areas Not Accessible to Guests

Garage interior, captain’s quarters, boathouse, and boat lift.

Host & Privacy

Owner resides on-site in a completely separate private area. The upstairs condo and private deck are exclusively for guest use.

The upstairs unit will not be entered during your stay unless requested, required for maintenance, or necessary for safety.
