The home features multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and generous indoor and outdoor spaces that flow seamlessly, creating an easy, laid-back holiday atmosphere. Large doors open out to the outdoor entertaining areas, allowing you to take full advantage of the tropical climate.

With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates larger groups, providing both shared spaces for gathering and private retreats to unwind.

Outdoors, the estate truly shines. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, a game on the full-size tennis court, or simply relax in the open surroundings. The expansive grounds create a sense of space and seclusion rarely found so close to Port Douglas. The pool is not heated and may feel cooler during the winter months.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including all indoor living areas, outdoor entertaining spaces, private pool and full-size tennis court.

Port Douglas village, including Macrossan Street, is only a few minutes away, offering a vibrant mix of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the marina. Four Mile Beach is also within easy reach for daily walks, swimming and sunset views.

This location provides the perfect balance of space, privacy and accessibility to everything the region has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying at Allawah, allowing you to easily access Port Douglas village, Four Mile Beach and surrounding attractions.

The town centre is just a short drive away, where you’ll find cafes, restaurants, shops and the marina. Taxis and local shuttle services are also available, and bike hire is a great option for exploring the area at a relaxed pace.

This is a self-contained holiday home and is not serviced daily. Starter amenities are provided to get your stay underway, with additional supplies available locally.

Due to the tropical climate, insects and wildlife may be present despite regular pest control.

This is a non-smoking property.

Please note, no tennis to be played after sunset.
