„This upstairs (28 stairs...) unit is right on the gulf with wonderful views of the sea & beach. It was spring break so the area was crowded as well as the beach, despite signs noting its privacy for the complex. The condo is all you need but beach towels need to be replaced and unit needs more hand towels and wash cloths. And the floors need a deep clean - as well as the sofa . There are plenty of towels and a few beach chairs which was nice. The house was clean with the exception... the floors need a deep clean, perhaps with a steam mop. However, after a day in that beautiful spot that wasn't much of an issue. Nice to have the use of the pool for exercising or on windy beach days.“
