Step outside to the ground floor balcony, where plentiful seating invites you to dine al fresco or simply bask in the coastal breeze or sip coffee from upper balcony.

The septic system is a grinder system. Please do not flush sanitary napkins, wet-wipes, tampons, diapers or any items other than toilet paper. Do not put oils or fats (from food) down drains. Any damage to septic grinder will incur replacement costs.
The extreme high humidity in Bolivar can damage the interior walls, cabinets, appliances, etc. Do not leave doors or windows open. If you leave windows or doors open you will incur the extra cleaning fee of $225. Any damage caused from open windows/doors to walls, furniture or any interior items will incur replacement costs of those items without depreciation factored into cost.
The thermostat is regulated and can only be set at 71 degrees or above.
Keep dogs off the furniture. If you bring your dogs to the beach please rinse them off (outside) and dry before bringing them into the house.
No smoking in the house or on any deck. No open flames or fires or Fireworks on any deck.
Maximum guest occupancy is 14. Any unregistered persons above this number will be considered trespassing. Any guest that fails to present a form of Identification upon request will be considered trespassing.
