Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure all guests and neighbors enjoy a peaceful environment.
Safety Features: For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit.
House Rules Reminder: Please no smoking inside the house, no pets unless previously agreed upon, and we ask that you leave the sand at the beach by rinsing off using the outdoor shower before entering.
Weather Preparedness: Given our coastal location, we recommend checking local weather forecasts ahead of your visit and planning accordingly.
Local Wildlife: Enjoy the local wildlife but please do not feed the seagulls or any other animals to prevent them from becoming a nuisance.

We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at High Noon while keeping the home in great shape for every guest. Please review the rules below — by booking or staying, you agree to follow them.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect our neighbors and other guests nearby.
Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly — never in the yard or driveway. A $250 fee applies for indoor smoking.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to your stay.
Approved pets must remain on leash outside and off the furniture inside.
A $150 cleaning fee applies for unauthorized pets.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.
Parties & Events
Parties and events are not permitted.
Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings, or damage may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all payments.
Security & Access
Do not share your door code with anyone outside your registered group.
Always lock the door when leaving and at night for your safety.
Hot Tub
Please shower before use to keep the water clean.
Replace and secure the cover after each use.
No glass, soaps, or oils in the tub.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Do not use while intoxicated.
Golf Cart
Licensed drivers 21+ only.
No driving in or near saltwater or puddles.
Do not drive on or beside Highway 87.
Rinse and plug in the cart after use.
Misuse may result in fines or full repair cost.
Trash
Trash day: Monday.
Place all trash in outdoor bins before 9 AM on pickup day.
Tie bags securely to prevent animals from getting into the trash.
Beach & Sand
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off before entering.
Keep sand out of the home, showers, and hot tub.
