The space
This home has many features to make your stay
enjoyable, such as a well-equipped kitchen, a
dining area, a washer/dryer, central AC, and four
smart TVs with accompanying bar on the
downstairs level, with smoker, this is a great
place with lots of room for fun.
Special attention and love was given to ensure
our guest's enjoyment of this property. Come
enjoy this space and create your own special
memories!

-Living Room
Step inside the spacious living room and rest for
a while. Sit back and relax on either of the two
sofas and watch your favorite movie on the huge smart TV.

-Kitchen
Prep all of your meals with ease in the fully
equipped kitchen. You'll find all of your
essentials: stove, refrigerator, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker (drip & kcup), plates,
coffee cups, glasses, silverware, bakeware, and cookware, and more!
Laundry closet is located off the kitchen.

-Dining Area
The dining room sits right off the kitchen making
it easy for everyone to socialize while you're
cooking. There's room for two more at the
adjacent breakfast bar.

-Master Bedroom:
King Size Bed, smart tv, full closet, dressers,
vanity and a full bathroom on-suite.

Other things to note
1. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside
our home.
2. We cannot allow any pets due to the owner's
severe allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind
you will be charged an additional $200 and you
will be asked to leave.
3. This is a coastal community and therefore
prone to storms. We do not offer refunds for
weather or natural disasters and recommend
you purchase travel insurance if this is a concern
of yours.
4. Booking guest must be 25 years of age. The
booking guest must be a member of the group
staying at the property. Booking guest must also
be verified through AirBnB with a Government
Issued ID and provide the owner a copy of state
issued drivers license upon request prior to
checking in.
