„Very cozy and cute! Owners were very attentive and responsive. Only downfall were the aunts. They were all over the baseboard in the master bedroom, coming from the bathroom and would crawl on you in your sleep, And they bite! There’s no oven either so don’t plan on making any biscuits and gravy for breakfast. We stayed 3 nights with our adult son and his girlfriend and had plenty of room. More bath towels would have been nice but overall a great experience. “

„We had a wonderful getaway. Everything we needed has right there at our fingertips and if I had questions Derek&Lauren had answers. The house is beautiful and smelt amazing! It was very homey and comfortable. We have zero complaints on our end besides thinking we should have planned a longer trip. The golf cart is a must!! „The rv was clean and the owner responded fast.. But overall I will not be renting this one again, one of the couch beds was broke and we were not told about it, so I tried to fold it out and it collapsed on the the top of my foot, pretty sure it cracked my bone, the other couch bed was very uncomfortable, and master bed was terrible!! „The house had everything! Location was top notch. We could sit on the balcony and watch the beach and it was a super easy walk to the water. The host was incredibly responsive and communication was a breeze. The number of beds was great for our group and the layout was perfect. "Check in was easy after we asked several times to get the information a little earlier since we arrived from germany and didn't have internet till we got in the house.The internet conection was really slow 30Mbits was the highest. The TV wasn't working right. We had 8 channels no internet connection till almost the end of our 3 weeks stay.As we arrived after a 23 hours trip there was nothing cleaned, not even the beds were made. The owner organized the cleaning crew at 10pm. They never came back with washed sheets. Glad I started to take it off and washed it on ny own, so I could use at least the sheets and pillow cases for the Queen bed again.I organized the closet to find bed spread for the Queen bed.The view was amazing and it is only a short walk to the beach. The lack of information of things to do, restaurants to visit, plus local shopping was disapointing. A faster response, sometimes would have been nice."
