„This was the perfect little 2 bedroom beach bungalow for my husband, dog and I. It had a great little pool we enjoyed thoroughly. It was just renovated and had everything you could need when away from the comfort of your home. I will definitely be back to stay here! “

„Spacious and comfortable with 6 adults and we were never on top of each other. The pool was a perfect touch, nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower and available hose came in handy. Location is perfect, close to everything! We walked to Coffee Waves each morning. Ample parking too. We had 3 vehicles and a 6 seater buggy easily parked in the driveways. I recommend Sunshine on Nine.“

„We take a family vacation to Port Aransas every year. This house was very clean and well equipped. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. We loved we were able to bring our family dog. Great house!“

„Perfect little rental. Right next to the boardwalk for easy access to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything you need and you can hear the waves from your bed. We had a minor issue with the TV (wasn’t plugged in. My bad) and they came right away and fixed it/plugged it in. We will be back. “

„A family of four plus 3 grandparents wanted a weekend away from the rat race for the birthday of the mother. This property was located so close to the beach yet still in the reach of a short drive to Port A restaurants and shopping districts. The neighborhood was also quiet at night an allowed for ample rest for the smaller children. The house was roomy a d very clean. Check in an out was fast and efficient. We would stay here again.“
