„Mein gebuchtes Standardzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Klimaanlage hatte nicht einmal 6qm. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, es funktionierte nur der Fan. Im Zimmer war es stets wärmer als im Flur, der aber keineswegs klimatisiert war. Die Dusche gab nur kaltes Wasser von sich. Es gab nicht einen einzigen Spiegel. Wo die Steckdosen sein sollten, klaffte ein Loch in der Wand. Auf meine Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer teilte man mir mit, das andere Zimmer sei auch nicht besser und dass die Klimaanlage nicht ...

„Es ist nicht so einfach Coco Grove zu beurteilen. Auf den ersten Blick sieht Alles sehr gut aus. Mehrere Pools, welche auch gereinigt werden. Das inklusive Frühstück ist ein phillipinisches Frühstück. Wer etwas Anderes möchte muss dann dafür zahlen, aber was man dann erhält ist schwach. Am Pool sind Liegen aber kein erkennbare Service. Um 19 Uhr geht das gesamte Personal nach Hause und nur noch ein Mann von der Security ist da. Zum Glück kann man im Bamboo Cafe, im benachbarten Resort, ...

„I stayed in the hotel three nights and one extra night because of a passing typhoon. I have travelled the world and experienced a lot. This place is really something extra because of the owner and all the staff members. It is pure joy and the not so little extra they give you in order to have a laid back stay is something special.And it is genuine. So much positive energy. Ok - the place needs some new paint here and there but it is nothing compared what you get from all of the staff. “
