„Great service and house overall. The VRBO was nice and tidy. Kuddos to the decor all around, especially on the kitchen wall. The chalk board was a nice touch too! (My kiddo loved it.) The lauout of the house was nice and the internet was great. Heat thermostat worked good (since its been getting colder - Mid Oct now) Perfect for our little family of three. It's a nice little house only things is sometimes the kitchen felt a little cramped. Another thing too is the water coming out of the kitchen ...

„Owner was very helpful in preparing for our trip. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and they stayed in comfortably. Nice touch having kuerig pods and coffee creamer there for us note. it would be helpful to know there is a Keurig in the description. Only negative is that while there are 3 bathrooms there are none on the main floor. “

"We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!"
