The house is stunning with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the water-perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. „The property was well-kept and a great base point for the area. The view of the water from the living room and kitchen was beautiful and the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Minutes from Boothbay town center and the Botanical Gardens, it was in a great location too.“

„As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. “
