„The house was a perfect place for the three of us for the Santa Rosa Half Marathon weekend. It was close enough to downtown Santa Rosa, and the vineyards down HWY 12. The reclining couch was very, very comfortable, and the best recovery tool after the Half! “

Communication easily flowed both ways.Family enjoyed the proximity of the property to wine country. The outdoor space was comfortable but limited. „Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back.“

The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!“
