„Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist ...

„Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access. ...

„We have been in san felice for one week. All together we were 6 adults and 3 kids. it was a beautiful trip also because of this great house. We had enough space for all of us and the kids could play in this great garden. also the renter was a great person and helped as with all our questions. so i think we will come back on our next trip to italy thanks“

„We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us.
