„Great“

„I give this stay a mixed review. Welcome cookies were a nice touch but our room type wasn’t available when we checked in so we had to adapt to a different room type with 4 people. The hot tub was freezing and the pool also so cold that we ended up going to a park instead of swimming. The room was fine from a cleanliness standpoint. Staff was pleasant. We had major noise problems the first night when a college baseball team would not stop yelling through the hallways. The management did not seem ...

„The text indicated that there would only be a skeleton crew. But never saw anyone during our stay. That is good if you are low maintenence. A phone number was provided if you needed help. Everything was just steps away. Perfect location. Enjoyed playing the piano. Please dust it...and the vase on the piano. Enjoyed our stay. “

„The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. “

„We had a wonderful time at the Nauvoo Grand B & B. Laurie, the host was an amazing cook and host. Warm reception every time she saw us. We had a mix up in reservations at another hotel and ended up here, we are so happy we did and would do it again in a heartbeat.“

„Roomy, clean. Conditions seem to vary some from room to room (viz. TV size, carpeting vs. hard floor). We were by the laundry, so staff & equipment got kind of noisy at times. Locking mechanism on window was broken. Nauvoo is a very seasonal attraction, so lodging & dining venues there probably have a hard time making a go of it.“
