"Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig, da es in einer Nebenstrasse liegt. Die thematisierten Zimmer (Dante’s Divina Comedia) sind zwar anfänglich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sind in der Gesamtheit hervorragend. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Terrasse, was besonders gegen Abend ein Traum ist. Und der Inhalt des Minikühlschranks war kostenlos. Das Frühstück ist Standard und weist kaum Besonderheiten auf. "

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und neu. Parkplätze sind gegen 10€ pro Tag verfügbar. Hat ein Cafe und Restaurant. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man zu Fuß 15 min. In die Innenstadt ca 20-25 min. Service ist sehr gut"

"The location is perfect for foot tours of the city center, situated between Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. I was impressed by the size and comfort of my room that was attached to the large bathroom (two steps down) by a small lounge with a refrigerator and the coffee maker as well as a couch. There was noise from the street until late in the evening, but that is to be expected at such a location. Most of all, housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels every day and spotless cleaning. I do want to point out that everything is on different levels, there are many stairs to negotiate - this gives the hotel a certain Alice in Wonderland charm. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and will gladly come again."

"Sehr schönes individuelles Hotel, Lage am Rand der City am “anderen”Ufer des Arno hat mir sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants. Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück! Die Zimmer sind allerdings hellhörig, was aber nur auffällt, wenn man laute Nachbarn hat. Das Hotel selbst liegt wirklich ruhig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut - ich würde das Hotel Freunden auf jeden Fall empfehlen."
