Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation.
Brand-new studio with its own entrance and private terrace of about 50 m², fully equipped and very comfortable at about 35 m², attached to a luxurious villa (I should mention that the house is occupied and we have 3 young children).
The studio can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children (a quick note for families: just 2 minutes from the residence, children can enjoy a great BMX, rollerblading, skateboarding, and scooter track, a fitness trail, and mini soccer and basketball courts).

No smoking inside the studio.
Linens provided: 1 set of towels per guest, bed linens (1 set for the entire stay; a washing machine is available if needed)

You can relax in a private, heated 5-person hot tub (chlorinated with bromine); you can also enjoy the pool during designated time slots (from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) to ensure everyone’s privacy and tranquility,

The villa is located in a very pretty and charming little village in the middle of the garrigue and surrounded by vineyards.
The village hosts numerous concerts throughout the summer!!
The tranquility of the countryside right next to a shopping area in Bagnols-sur-Cèze (a 5-minute drive away).
You’ll find everything you need there:
— Marie Bakery, McDonald’s, a supermarket, Basic-Fit gym, restaurants, snack bars, etc.

You’ll be at the crossroads of major tourist attractions such as: the Pont du Gard, Nîmes and its amphitheater, Avignon with its famous bridge and festival, the Ardèche Gorges, the Cèze Valley, Orange, Montélimar and its nougat, the Sautadet Waterfalls, and the beaches of Montpellier, just 1 hour and 15 minutes away…

There are many varied activities in the surrounding area: horseback riding, tree-top adventure courses, canoeing down the Ardèche River, paintball, hiking and biking, cave tours, vineyard tours, and visits to Orange with its amphitheater, the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the Nîmes Amphitheater, Wave Island water park, Spirou amusement park, and more…

Secure parking inside the residence, air conditioning, a Weber gas grill, and a private terrace with a hot tub, patio furniture, and a pool house, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a kettle, a 160 cm king-size bed with high-quality bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep, and a very comfortable 140 cm sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one or two small children.
A wall-mounted toilet, a walk-in shower, and outdoor furniture (deck chairs and a patio set for dining by the pool)

Pets are not allowed (we have friendly cats).
Due to the shape of the pool, it is not possible to install a safety cover; however, it is equipped with an alarm (children are the responsibility of their parents).
