„Beautiful and quiet place. Clean and accommodating. “

„The picture shown is not of the actual site. Questionable electrical as loose wires seen. Broken drawer facing, broken chairs at island. Hole in drywall length of top wall oven, combustibles on multiple shelving unit in garage. Poison container for varmints on kitchen floor, light switch covered with blue construction tape, unclean, odorous. Outdoors unkept, weeds, fire pit on patio with tree limbs and trash on patio. Overall unclean, unsafe. So very sorry I could not leave a good review. “

„Very accommodating and affordable we will definitely stay again“

„This place is very spacious and quiet. The bunk room has its own mini split and full bathroom area. The mattresses in there were comfortable. I ended up putting a folding table they had at the foot of the double bed by the closet. It gave more space to put items on. Those that slept in the other areas enjoyed their accommodations. Of course the children loved the arcade games, ping pong table, and pool table. The host was beyond nice and very quick to respond to text. If I visit the area ...

„GREAT place to stay! Close to everything in Sgt Bluff and Sioux City. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store within 2 min drive and many restaurants and shopping within 5 - 10 min. Great attentive host!Thank you for a wonderful stay!“
