„We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—special thanks to Giorgio at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. The hotel is in a nice location, with easy access to the city center—only about 20 minutes by metro. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. „The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. „This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. „The house is really beautiful and the surroundinfs are really calm. The accomodations give you everything you need and the welcoming gift was really thoughtful. The house stays fresh even if it's really warm outside. The little waterfall downstairs is really cute and our dogs loved to drink and take baths in it. But be aware, there can be snakes down there.
