„The resort is fairly new. Rooms are nice and clean in general. However, be prepared that outside noice travels through the doors. The bathroom is big and has a shower as well as a bathtub. Now our biggest annoyance:the staff. The service level needs to be improved! They don't even try to help you with a problem. That's why I can't recommend a stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar.“

„Centrally Located though room rate is too expensive. I don't think it's worth paying more than Rs. 5,000 a night including breakfast and all the taxes. Food is excellent in Hotel. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent and worth paying every penny“

„Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening.“

„As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. “

„Place is not as per the description. Rooms described a delux room but it was an ordinary room and blanket they have given was not clean. Staff services was so poor. TV, WiFi was not working even after complaint they didn’t solve the issue. Overall extremely worst experience. I want compensation for this now“

„Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom.
