„Pros- Nicely renovated, 35 mins from beach, clean, amazing loft, 1 car garage, washer and dryer, good towels and sheets, nice backyard, early check in. Cons- other half of this duplex has deplorable outdoor conditions to the point where it looks abandoned with a lot of trash /junk on the front porch.(Not host's fault, their half was very well-maintained) Other half also has a small dog that barks and howls in a room on other side of wall from master BR throughout the night. „Seven of us stayed at this amazing 3-story townhouse for my niece's graduation. My in-laws stayed on the 3rd floor King bedroom with my uncle in-law occupying the queen sized bed.
